Shaping Lebanese Architecture Since '93
With more than 33 years of experience shaping Lebanese architecture, Cosette El Hachem is renowned for her deep understanding of Lebanon’s traditional homes, architectural heritage, and history. While her work reflects a profound respect for the past, she is equally distinguished for her contemporary and modern approach to design. This unique ability to bridge heritage and modernity allows her to work closely with her clients to shape architectural visions that feel both deeply rooted and distinctly their own.
Her long-standing experience allows her to not only design heritage projects but also to execute them using methods developed through years of practice in the field.
Cosette’s intake: One of the key strengths of heritage architecture is its flexibility: it can be preserved in its authenticity, merged with modern architecture, or upgraded with a contemporary approach while maintaining its identity.
In addition to restoration, Cosette has both academic and practical experience in designing traditional houses from scratch. This enables her to create architecture that is deeply rooted in tradition while remaining adaptable to contemporary needs.
